What We’ll Do

• Begin with an optional walk to gather natural items for a shared altar

• Move through a short solstice reflection

• Experience a guided meditation with live music

• Explore gentle, intuitive movement

• Close with a simple ritual and fire release—letting go of what you’re ready to leave behind

• Ground together with a quiet herbal tea ritual
