The Pressed Flower Sessions

PART 1: Friday, July 17th at 7pm:

Spend the evening walking the farm, enjoying a cup of tea and exploring the seasonal blooms gracing our land. Use your intuition to choose flowers that you would like to immortalize in a piece of art. Learn how a flower press works and how to press the flowers you have chosen. Choose the frame you will use for your floral art. Your flowers will dry for three weeks in our community flower press and will be ready for use when we meet again for part two on August 7.

PART 2: Friday, August 7th at 7pm:

Meet back at Twinkle Farms to open the community flower press revealing your dried and preserved blooms. This session is all about designing your pressed floral artwork. There is no experience needed, and we will guide you through the process of creating a piece that you love. You will arrange and and affix your flowers to high-quality paper before capturing them in the frame of your choosing. You will leave with a piece of summer that you can keep or gift.

This ticket price covers both sessions. Children are welcome at this event but 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult and each participant needs to purchse their own ticket.
