About the event
Join us for golden hour yoga on the farm. Stephanie Selvaggio of Naturally Empowered will guide you through a 40 minute all-levels flow surrounded by the flowers.
After class, wander the farm to pick some seasonal blooms to take home. Snips and a small vessel will be provided. Dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, sunflowers and lots of others will be dotting the farm.
